Welcome to my personal website. I am Rawin, currently an Engineering undergraduate student and part-time machine learning engineer. I love doing research to tackle challenging problems in the present society. I have experience in robotics, human-computer interaction, mechatronics, and machine learning

08/2023: My paper was accepted at 2023 IEEE SENSORS, the flagship conference of IEEE Sensors Council.

06/2023: My paper was accepted at 2023 IEEE CONFERENCE ON SYSTEMS, MAN, AND CYBERNETICS. I was in Honolulu, Hawaii in early October 2023 to do an oral presentation.

06/2023: I was in Nagoya to present my research at the Robotics and Mechatronics Conference (ROBOMECH) in Nagoya 2023

03/2023: I was at Stanford University for a week to attend the UI Fellows Silicon Valley meetup. (Please feel free to reach out to me if you are around the Bay Area.)

02/2023: I traveled to Paris for 5 days to attend Europe x Tohoku Deep-Tech Training Program, the Global Engineering Europe Exchange   Program sponsored by Tohoku University

11/2022: I have been announced as a University Innovation Fellow at Hasso Plattner Institute of Design, Stanford University. I am very excited to join this community and get to know everyone soon. 

08/2022: Preferred Networks, Inc. offered me a summer internship position. I will do an internship there this summer until the end of September. [Note: after the summer internship, I continued working in a new role as a Part-time Engineer for a year]

07/2022: I was admitted as a candidate for the University Innovation Fellows program by Hasso Plattner Institute of Design, Stanford University. 

06/2022: I was invited to present my IEEE Sensors Journal paper "Ubiquitous Affective Computing: A Review" at the IEEE SENSORS 2022 conference, the flagship conference of IEEE Sensors Council, for having top initial downloads. 

04/2022: I am hired as an Administrative Assistant at my university. 

01/2022: My paper (I first-authored) was accepted by IEEE Sensors Journal (IF 4.325). For a year, I had been writing a paper "Ubiquitous Affective Computing: A Review" with my teammates and professor at School of Information Science and Technology, VISTEC.
